Harry and his team look after a portfolio of SMEs across a wide range of industries providing services such as: individual & corporate taxation advice, GST advice, business & tax structuring advice, XERO & QuickBooks assistance, accounting and cash flow analysis and general business guidance. Harry also coordinates training and staff development for the firm.

Xi looks after a portfolio of SMEs across a wide range of industries. Over the years, Xi enjoys business development, helps clients' businesses grow and understand their future needs. Xi says, "One of the things I really enjoy about my job is developing long-term relationships with my clients."

David works in the business advisory team working extensively with small businesses. David has a great deal of knowledge and experience using a variety of accounting software packages as well as some of the newer entrants to the market who develop cloud accounting. He uses this experience to train and develop good practice at many of our clients.

Sherry has many years of experience in taxation consulting with a variety of clients, including SMEs, larger corporates and charities. Her role includes leadership, training and consulting. She undertakes significant business consulting in the areas of CGT and GST. Sherry enjoys tax research and loves finding solutions for clients and helping them achieve more tax effective outcomes.

Mary is one of the firm’s Business service managers. Mary looks after a portfolio of small to medium sized enterprises providing services such as: individual & corporate taxation advice, GST advice, business and tax structuring advice, accounting and cash flow analysis and general business guidance. Mary's particular areas of expertise are bookkeeping and salary packaging.

Lambo has developed a diverse portfolio of clients. Lambo lives by the philosophy that ‘good advice, is advice which doesn’t require an accounting degree to understand.’ He endeavours to ensure that all his clients understand his advice. Internally, Lambo is heavily involved in the coaching of our business compliance accountants, devoted to developing and equipping the future of LGY.

Janyce specialises in helping individuals with their taxation obligations. She strives to achieve the best tax outcome for her clients, both with their annual tax returns and developing tax planning for the future.

Maggy is a senior accountant within our Business Advisory Division working extensively with small businesses, assisting with their GST requirements and BAS preparations. She provides expertise to clients who require help in the areas of accounting system review and restructuring and is an SME specialist.

Xia has had more than 10 years of experience in Business services and Tax accounting roles before joining LGY. Xia is passionate about assisting clients in particular small and medium enterprises with taxation issues and helping them to achieve the best outcome.

Beibei is experienced in bookkeeping, Financial and Tax Accounting reporting and holds a diverse portfolio of clients. She has a passion to see businesses grow and works extensively with small businesses, assisting with accounting, budgeting, tax planning and compliance matters. Beibei is able to provide expertise and assistance in accounting systems both desktop and cloud .

Jennifer is an assistant manager in one of our business advisory teams. She works with small to medium business and helps with record keeping, GST requirements and other tax and employer obligations. Jennifer provides advice to many start up companies on how to set up a new business, the various business structures available and the appropriate record keeping for GST and tax purposes.

Tina is the business development manager and supports the partners in the big picture running of the firm. Tina has a passion for doing things well and enjoys planning firm wide events for staff and clients. Tina managers the internship and training team and has seen the team grow in their own responsibilities and careers.

Nicole’s role is to support the business in achieving its goals through designing and implementing effective people and culture plans and programs. Nicole’s role is to bring expertise and best practice principles in relation to Human Resource lifecycle processes and retention of great talent.

Melody is an experienced and trusted accountant. Her role is to ensure the bookkeeping and support services staff provide their clients with accurate and timely financial information enabling them to reach their business goals. Melody is passionate and cares about her client's needs. She is committed to providing a tailored solution for their internal processes.
